The Titleist Performance Institute uses a holistic approach and innovative technologies to help golfers improve their performance. Utilizing detailed swing analysis and science-based player conditioning, our therapists look through an anatomical lens to treat and improve your performance.

At RecoveryRoom, our therapists are trained to offer a golf specific approach to their clients, promoting better performance, injury prevention, and overall health. We begin with thorough physical assessments to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances and how they relate to your game.

We analyze posture, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle strength to design a personalized treatment plan that will combine therapeutic massage techniques with TPI-inspired exercises.TPI emphasizes the importance of proper movement mechanics and posture. Using manual therapy and movement coaching, our therapists will help you correct biomechanical faults, muscle imbalances or restricted joint mobility. Correcting these faults often lead to improved performance and reduced strain on your body.

Our goal is to empower you with knowledge about your body, the importance of proper movement mechanics, and how you actively participate in injury prevention through purposeful stretching and strengthening exercises.
